I am putting in place a centralized FM dealer pro system, but some vehicles have the same ID number than the one in other locations due to the fact that each location had it own stand alone system. How do I reset to factory settings and attribute a new ID number? I know I will lose all the data but at least I can start fresh.

Unfortunately, there is no information related to this procedure. I have search Google and available websites, but none provides the details to reset the device. You will have to use the built-in Help section to access the available operations permitted by the software. If you have the possibility, go to About > Contact and use the available methods to get in touch with the developer.
